Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF 5 as prescribed by the Financial Services Board
Preferred Qualification - Appropriate Degree at NQF 6
Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
Responsibilities
Manage people by executing management responsibilities, and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances.
Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
Ensure the development, alignment and implementation of end-to-end processes within area of accountability for continued process improvement
Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
