Branch Controller at Siemens

What are the responsibilities for the role?

• Coordinates overall financial reporting and management of the branches.
• Supports accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets and periodic forecasts in the branches.
• Prepares monthly branch financial reports.
• Ensures the branch central costs are allocated accordingly.
• Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending cost accounting system.
• Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.
• Carries out ad-hoc tasks on branch administration in branches where there are no Business Administrators in country.
• Ensures that forecast is planned properly in the branches by the respective divisions.
• External and Internal Contacts:
• Internal – CFO, Division and BU Commercials, CFR Local Department

What do I need to qualify?

• 3 Years + relevant experience
• Relevant BCom Degree or Equivalent
• Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including the basic theoretical background.
• Develops basic business understanding
• Contributes to team effort, awareness of expected value-add
• May improve processes, business methods or technical components
• Knowledge of Espirit and SAP
