A qualification at NQF Level 7 as recognised by SAQA in Office Administration/Public Administration/ Business Management or Financial Management. Knowledge and understanding of the relevant Public Service Act and Public Service Regulations. Knowledge and understanding of relevant PFMA and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge and understanding of administrative process.
DUTIES :
Manage the provision of strategic and executive administrative supportservices to the branch. Coordinate the development and analyses of branch APPs, Operational, Strategic and Risk management plans.
Manage and monitor the utilisation of the branch budget in line with the set regulations and prescripts. Coordinate key branch projects, stakeholder and intersectoral coordination. Manage and report on the human resources, and performance in line with the set regulations and prescripts.
