Purpose Statement

• To be responsible for branch infrastructure; quality control of all maintenance and to support Operations in the look, feel and cleanliness of all branch and offsite infrastructure within a specific geographic area.

Experience
Minimum:

• Relevant BIC experience
• Organising and controlling site cleaning and maintenance

Ideal:

• Maintenance quality control and administration in a multi branch/site environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate

Knowledge

Minimum:

• Understanding of the construction environment, technical building terms and brand values
