Branch Manager: Hygiene and Pest Control at Feedem

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, or service related field (Preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hygiene and pest control industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored hygiene and pest control solutions.
• Hire, train, and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service agreements, contracts, and financial transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
