Job Description

We need an experience manager to run our retail store. Despite business savvy he/she must have the ability to care for people, manage inventory and ensure that our customers have an awesome experience when they visiting the branch.

Qualification, Experience and Knowledge

• Relevant Qualification with 5 years retail experience as a shop manager.
• At least 10 years FMCG experience, preferably in a nationally recognized organisation.
• Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry
• Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans

• Manage the shop as if it is your own.
• Ensure efficient Inventory control.
• Personnel Management
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of customer services provided.
