Job Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF 4
• 4–6 years’ experience in the retail environment, working as a Marketer, Floor Manager, or in a similar role
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team successfully
• Agri-retail experience will be a strong advantage
• A drive to continuously add value by reaching strategic and operational goals
• Willingness to work afterhours when operational needs require
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full financial management of the business unit
• Stock management within VKB Group guidelines
• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve great results
• Ensure consistent application of all VKB policies
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle queries and complaints effectively
• Drive creativity and innovation to exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
