Job Summary:

• The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership branch, driving sales and meeting profit goals, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading and developing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profits
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of popular vehicles
• Ensure the dealership branch meets or exceeds sales targets
• Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to achieve high performance
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing excellent customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Participate in regular meetings with senior management to provide updates on branch performance and discuss strategies for improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in using sales and inventory management software
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
