Job Description

• This person will be responsible for, but not limited to promotional and in-store activities (formal and/or informal areas) within an allocated branch/s.
• It is important that this person is flexible and able to execute all objectives against the campaign requirements.
• The Branch Mobile Specialist must create an exceptional customer experience through their engagement with customers.
• They will be responsible to educate them on the applicable products and services.
• Meet daily targets in line with the requirements, the accurate capturing of all required information and to provide feedback in terms of challenges and/or opportunities.
• Important to note that the Branch Mobile Specialist might be requested to roam should it be a requirement as per the brief received at the time.

•  experience working independently, with little or no supervision
• Hands on understanding and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels  from Face-to-face consumer education and engagement
•  Experience within a target driven environment will be an advantage
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales role environment
• Experience in working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience whilst delivering against targets
