Supporting our Agents with various administrative tasks;
Compilation of advertising material;
Compilation of brochures and portfolios;
Responsible for updating mandate boards and files, listing properties on the in-house PGP system, keeping the website up to date and Property 24 and Private Property featured listings;
Rental administration;
General office duties including the ordering of office supplies, stationery, general correspondence and filing;
Responsible for incoming and outgoing e-mail correspondence with clients, agents and staff;
Manage the switchboard and reception area;
Assist with walk-in clients in a warm and welcoming manner;
Manage the petty cash in the branch;
Conveyancing and sales administration activities.
Education & Experience
Matric qualification is compulsory;
Previous experience in secretarial duties essential.
Previous real estate experience an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent our brand in every interaction;
Computer literacy (Ms Office, Internet explorer, Excel) and comfort with technology is essential.
