    Branch Secretary - Franschhoek

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting our Agents with various administrative tasks;
    • Compilation of advertising material;
    • Compilation of brochures and portfolios;
    • Responsible for updating mandate boards and files, listing properties on the in-house PGP system, keeping the website up to date and Property 24 and Private Property featured listings;
    • Rental administration;
    • General office duties including the ordering of office supplies, stationery, general correspondence and filing;
    • Responsible for incoming and outgoing e-mail correspondence with clients, agents and staff;
    • Manage the switchboard and reception area;
    • Assist with walk-in clients in a warm and welcoming manner;
    • Manage the petty cash in the branch;
    • Conveyancing and sales administration activities.

    Education & Experience

    • Matric qualification is compulsory;
    • Previous experience in secretarial duties essential.
    • Previous real estate experience an advantage.

    Knowledge & Skills Required

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent our brand in every interaction;
    • Computer literacy (Ms Office, Internet explorer, Excel) and comfort with technology is essential.

    Branch Administrator - Milnerton

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring seamless workflows.
    • Act as the primary liaison between agents, vendors, and external partners.
    • Organise schedules, team meetings, and events, both in-office and virtually.
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly for hybrid staff.
    • Assist in onboarding new team members, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
    • Develop and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication.
    • Monitor compliance with company policies and workplace standards.

    Education & Experience

    • Matric
    • Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
    • Experience in an Real Estate environment.

    Knowledge & Skills Required

    • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excel spreadsheets

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
