Branch Service Consultant at Bayport Financial Services

ROLE PURPOSE

• Responsible for providing a friendly, courteous and professional service experience to customers that promotes the Bayport brand.
• To contribute to Bayport Financial Services growth and profitability through the provision of quality customer service and solving customers' needs by needs by ensuring that they are in a better financial position after doing business with Bayport including the understanding of customer needs, the communication of product features and benefits, the effective follow-up and building client relationships.
• The Service Consultant is also responsible to act as a gate keeper when processing agents deals to ensure that the products offered to potential clients are in the clients' best interest and that the client is in a better financial position than before he/she was prior to doing business with Bayport.

Requirements

EDUCATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric and/ or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Financial industry knowledge and 2 years working experience
• 3-5 years sales experience

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Post Matric qualification or equivalent
• Regulatory Examination and FAIS Compliance
