Brand Communications Manager at Intelligent Debt Management

Role responsibilities:

PR Agency management:

• Overseeing the relationship and performance of the PR agency
• Developing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand reputation
• Managing media relations and press releases
• Participating in radio/TV interviews (if needed)

Upper funnel channel strategy:

• Developing and executing brand awareness campaigns on YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms
• Defining target audiences and creating engaging content strategies
• Analysing campaign performance and optimising for reach and impact

ATL marketing:

• Planning and executing traditional advertising campaigns (TV, radio, print, out-of-home)
• Working with creative agencies to develop compelling advertising materials
• Ensuring brand consistency across all ATL channels

Brand strategy:

• Contributing to the development and implementation of overall brand strategy
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication activities
• Monitoring brand health and conducting market research

Budget management:

• Managing budgets for PR, digital advertising, and ATL campaigns
• Tracking expenses and ensuring efficient resource allocation

Candidate profile:

Experience:

• Proven experience in brand management, PR, and digital marketing
• Experience working with PR and other agencies
• A strong understanding of upper funnel marketing strategies
• Experience in ATL marketing (optional)
• Experience with social media platforms and YouTube
