Brand Lead - Old Khaki - 6 Month Contract at Cape Union Mart

Job Description

• Are you a dynamic, strategic thinker with a passion for building brands that inspire? Old Khaki is looking for a Brand Lead to join our Marketing team and help shape the future of one of South Africa’s most loved fashion brands.
• This role will give you the opportunity to co-create, implement and execute customer-focused campaigns that enhance the Old Khaki customer experience across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• Project manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery against timelines and objectives.
• Lead production management to deliver high-quality creative outputs aligned with the brand’s vision.
• Drive brand consistency from web to window in line with corporate identity (CI).
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure success and inform future strategies.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) in Marketing.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years in a senior marketing role (retail experience is a plus).
• Strong ATL campaign management, budget management, and production management experience.
• Proven track record in leading and project-managing teams.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
