Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead end-to-end brand strategy projects including naming, positioning, and architecture initiatives.
• Team Development: Guide and mentor junior strategists to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional work.
• Client Management: Present strategic recommendations and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Business Growth: Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing client partnerships.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with global teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Project Management: Drive complex brand initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Communications Strategy: Develop effective brand communication frameworks and guidelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in brand or communications strategy
• Proven track record of successful project leadership across diverse industries
