Job Purpose

• The purpose of the Branding Coordinator is to assist the production team by coordinating and actioning all embroidery functions.

Job Objectives and Functions

Orders scheduled for production

• Update system actions and notes accordingly
• Coordinate stock and pre-production for scheduled orders
• Coordinate machine plans 
• Coordinate completion of scheduled orders
• Update D365 actions accordingly

Project Coordinator

• Coordinate and assist in all HR-related projects to ensure completion.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Clear, accurate and timely communication to Sales
• 98% System accuracy for sales tracking

Qualifications

• Matric or Equivalent – NQF 4

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Branding Coordinator in Branding/Retail & Wholesaler Industry

• Branding Processes and Requirements
• Product knowledge and branding options
• Telephone etiquette
• Customer Care
