Duties include managing the debtors’ book from invoicing and payment allocations through to account reconciliations, following up on outstanding payments, handling debtor queries and resolving account discrepancies, as well as processing and managing insurance claims. Responsibilities include managing flight bookings and road-transfer options, overseeing transport providers, establishing efficient booking and operational systems, and implementing processes and controls.
