To achieve turnaround KPI’s for Quotations and Rebuilds (schedule and TAKT adherence)
Ensure alignment and clear communication with all internal BRC departments, Coordinate parts and production departments (Machining both internal and external) on outstanding parts and schedule of part deliveries
Plan and prioritize component repairs for customers and Barloworld Reman to ensure correct stock levels, rebuild priority
Face to BRC customer for communication on progress of component repair, problems, and deliveries
chair planning meeting between relevant departments (Service supervisors, parts supervisor, Costing and quoting supervisors)
Communicate with Suppliers on quotations, turnaround times and deliveries.
Arrange Customer inspections
Plan and release parts on CRM and SAP system using SIS integration to upload the parts from the server on both CRM and SAP system
Plan and release labour and bought out on CRM and SAP system
Create service bought out purchase orders on SAP system
End to end components repair schedule and update
Attend and run regional BRC WIP meetings
