    BUHR Leader Supply Chain

    The main duties and responsibilities of the position are:

    As our Business Unit HR Leader Supply Chain, you…

    • Serve as the primary HR business partner for the assigned client group, being a facilitator, trusted advisor, and coach on all HR related issues.
    • Support or lead HR Project roll outs.
    • Partner with Specialist Groups to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization
    • Promote excellent employee relations through accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs.
    • Implement global succession planning, talent talks, career management, performance management and recruitment for key stakeholders.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change.
    • Implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructurings. You support the implementation of structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance.
    • Use analytics tools (including WorkforceDNA) to derive insights to inform talent and HR strategies in support of local, sector, regional and/or enterprise business goals. Provides ad hoc reporting on program effectiveness, turnover, and other measurements. You implement structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance and to enable the organization to accomplish its goals.
    • Provide group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem solving and performance management.
    • Support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with business direction.
    • Model and live the Credo values.
    • Complete all HCC Audit MAP actions within deadlines and meet all applicable Compliance (i.e. HCC/HCBI/Anti-Corruption/FCPA/US-GCC/Privacy) requirements, including HCC pre-approvals (where necessary) and training requirements (goal = 100% compliance)

    Qualifications

    We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:

    • Master degree (e.g., MBA, MA HR) strongly preferred. Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant area.
    • 6-8 Years Working Experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a HR business partnership role, 3 years in Business Partner role.
    • You have strong working knowledge of the key HR disciplines (organizational development, change management, coaching, compensation, sales compensation, rewards, benefits, learning and development, employment law).
