Business Administration at Impala Terminals

Main Purpose:

• Optimise processes and related procedures across Impala Africa, and participate to ad hoc expansion projects to develop the company perimeter in Africa.

Knowledge, Skills and competencies:

• University Degree in Business Administration or similar
• 10 years minimum of experience in supervisory roles
• Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with time management and scheduling skills
• Computer proficiency in Excel processing, spreadsheet, and database applications (Microsoft Office) and business modelling
• Leadership skills
• Work under pressure

• Strong work ethic and organisational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and develop organisational procedures
• Assist Regional Manager in developing an optimisation of the Administration Process
• Oversees and performs a wide range of administrative tasks
• Ensure reliable administration and facilities management
• Provide support to Management business development projects
• Help on ad hoc projects
