Introduction

Your Purpose... To become the key businessperson in the Business Architecture team to document the business requirements, including data structure analysis and company strategic initiatives for IT, to develop, test and deploy software that is fit for the business to use.

Your Duties and Responsibilities...

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to determine priorities and effective solutions to meet business requirements.
• Performing requirements analysis on behalf of the business.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts and creating use cases.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Design usable, practical, and scalable solutions to meet business needs
• Leading and conducting workshop sessions with developers, business users, or testers
• Document system solutions of the As-Is and To-Be (e.g.,process flows and functional specifications)
• Understand and document the data structures and flows.
• Support team members in achieving delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with solution architects to define Design and coordinate IT and Business testing
• Maintain the sprint backlogs with the Scrum teams
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Minimum requirements

We can't live without...

• 7-plus years’ experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst
• Relevant IT or Commerce degree or diploma
• Business Analyst certifications
• Agile/Scrum certifications will be beneficial
• Solid track record in successful delivery (as a Senior Business Analyst) within an agile environment
• Good understanding and experience of the SDLC and data  (more specifically SCRUM)
• Excellent communication, both written, verbal and presentation
• Good business and IT acumen
• Self-starter able to self-manage and drive delivery,
• a can-do attitude, solutions and customer focused
• Ability to work effectively, been flexible by working remotely and in the office
