Implementing and maintaining best practices for data storage and retrieval by ensuring the integrity, security and performance thereof.
Establishing and enforcing data quality standards, policies and compliance measures.
Designing and optimising Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes.
Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and visualisations using Business Intelligence tools and developing efficient datasets to facilitate report generation and data visualisations.
Collaborating with key stakeholders and business users to elicit data management and reporting requirements.
Analysing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow optimisation.
Assisting in implementing process changes and ensuring user adoption through change management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
A relevant degree.
Certifications will be advantageous (Certified Data Analyst, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).
SAP Data Management & Reporting experience will be advantageous.
Minimum Experience:
8 Years’ Business Analyst experience in a data-focused role.
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling and reporting tools.
