We're looking for a Business Analyst to help us build our billing and switching engine. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, researchers and engineers to envision, experiment and evolve our billing and switching technology.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers and, sometimes, 3rd party stakeholders to deliver features and services for one of our product areas.
Create product specifications, requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria and other artefacts to communicate business and technical objectives.
Map out technical processes and services as part of our delivery process.
Design test scenarios and assist with test plans.
Help design standards (e.g. data or API standards) as part of our product definition and delivery process.
Document our product and evolve our documentation to clearly communicate across all of Healthforce.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re highly analytical and you love mapping out complex systems to make them easy to understand.
Your written and verbal communication skills are very strong.
You’ve got a bias toward action and getting things done.
You’re a systems thinker and you love solving systems problems.
You’ve got experience working with quantitative data, preferably analysing it and writing SQL queries or using data analysis tools yourself.
You’ve worked extensively with technology and you know what factors influence the success of technology solutions in different contexts.
You're meticulous and attentive to details.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Solid experience as a business analyst.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Certifications in business analysis, data analytics or related fields are advantageous.
Experience in finance or healthcare is advantageous.
