About the role:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Family Banking team within the Save Space. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our banking services, ensuring seamless stakeholder management, and driving complex projects to successful completion. The Family Banking team plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional banking services to our clients. This role requires a skilled professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to our ongoing projects without a steep learning curve. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

Minimum Knowledge

• Working on integration projects, ensuring that new systems integrate smoothly with existing ones by understanding requirements from different tech teams. 
• Creating detailed process flows and documentation to guide the tech teams on what needs to be done. 
• Managing stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements. 
• Utilizing tools like JIRA to manage tasks and workflows. 
• Potentially mentoring or guiding less experienced team members

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business information, engineering, or a related field. 
• Relevant certifications in SAP or SuccessFactors, and cloud certifications are a plus.
