Business Analyst at Intelligent Debt Management

What the BA will do:

• Engage with relevant business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams at all levels
• Gather in-depth information on a given problem or opportunity through research, interviews, facilitated sessions and data analysis
• Analyse the information using various frameworks and tools to clearly articulate the problem or value of the opportunity
• Gather and document the requirements to solve the problem
• Generate viable solutions and select the most appropriate solution that balances competing requirements
• Lead the solution design with the relevant stakeholders
• Hand over the requirements to the relevant teams to execute the solution
• Grow the knowledge base of the team and the organisation to improve what we do

An ideal candidate has: 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years professional experience in business analysis
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• A good understanding of data analysis to drive insights
