We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is naturally structured, analytical, and focused on delivery. This role is about translating requirements into clear direction, bringing visibility to work in progress, and ensuring that what gets built aligns to real business needs.
Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you’ll help connect requirements to execution, making work practical, trackable, and consistently delivered.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Engaging with stakeholders across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and finance to understand processes, requirements, and challenges
Translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
Documenting process flows and solution behaviour in a way that is practical and easy to execute against
Working closely with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly
Coordinating and tracking delivery across projects and operational work, ensuring visibility, ownership, and progress
Driving follow-ups on actions, dependencies, and deliverables to maintain momentum and meet timelines
Identifying gaps, risks, and ambiguities early, and resolving them before they impact delivery
Supporting testing and validation by ensuring requirements are clear and traceable
What we’re looking for:
Relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a delivery or project environment
Experience working with system implementations, process improvements, or operational projects
Exposure to ERP platforms, with SYSPRO experience being advantageous
Experience within manufacturing or retail environments would be beneficial
Experience working with developers, vendors, or IT teams to support solution delivery
A relevant qualification in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous
Strong analytical capability, with a structured and organised approach
Clear communication and the ability to work across business and technical teams
Attention to detail, with a focus on follow-through and delivery
