Business Analyst (Payments) at AES Africa

We are working with a leading international retail group with operations spanning across Sub- Saharan Africa. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst within the Payments space, to join their successful and growing team at their Cape Town offices.

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibility will be to ensure effective and cost conscious business solutions/ processes are in place in accordance with the company's business needs/requirements. This includes identifying and understanding  business requirements to determine a solid, suitable solution to address business needs, and then delivering the solution.

Duties include:

• Identify and understand business requirements
• Train business users
• Lead, mentor and coach junior and intermediate BA’s
• Propose and document process improvements
• Design and implement solutions
• Review technical solutions
• Facilitate and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

• Relevant degree / diploma
• 5 years Business analysis experience within payments
• 5 years’ experience with ERP systems
• 2-3 years in the retail industry
• 2-3 years SAP experience
