Business Analyst at PEP

• Support for existing business processes and technology
• Research and propose new developments and changes to business processes and technology
• Testing and implementation of system changes
• Management of system changes
• System analysis and documentation
• System cost management/ budget control
• Management of resources
• Report development (specifications) and writing
• Business Process Design – Functional Specifications
• Create & maintain user training manuals and standard operating procedures
• Facilitation of cross-functional meetings & workshops
• System consulting/ user support/ system problem analysis
• Project Management
• Staying abreast of relevant regulations and compliance matters
• Ad hoc projects

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• Commercial/ Business related degree with Analytical/ Commercial subjects
• Above average computer literacy: MS Office, MS Project, Excel; MS Visio/ Google GSuite
• Minimum 3 years systems/ business analyst experience, preferably in financial services, logistics or e-commerce environment
• Experience in using a business process management software/ methodology
• Retail experience will be an advantage
