Personal Assistant at Helderberg Personnel

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing personal and administrative matters with discretion
• Coordinating appointments, arrangements and day-to-day requirements
• Handling correspondence and written communication
• Working accurately with numbers, records and financial details
• Maintaining organised files, schedules and documentation
• Running errands and assisting with practical arrangements when required
• Managing tasks independently and following through to completion
• Always maintaining strict confidentiality

• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Extremely meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable and accurate when working with numbers
• Honest, trustworthy and highly reliable
• Computer proficient
• Valid driver’s licence and confident driving ability
• Mature, discreet and responsible
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and anticipate requirements
• Professional, polished and comfortable dealing with people at all levels
