As Ozow’s Business Applications Manager you will lead our strategy and ensure alignment of our system structure and operating practices in respect of our CRM platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring user adoption, training and development and driving the culture of CRM throughout the organization.
You will own Salesforce at Ozow. This is a huge and exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce enthusiast to ensure Ozow provides a best-in-class user experience. Not only will you ensure user adoption and usage, but you will also own all phases from business analysis, design, testing, implementation, training, and post implementation monitoring, as well as feature and backlog management.
Your problem-solving skills, impeccable communication, and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role. As part of our Operations team, your role will be key in the execution and delivery of Ozow’s strategic goals.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business, Finance or Engineering.
3-5 years demonstrated Salesforce.com experience (either as an Application Manager or Consultant).
Previous experience in developing requirements for CRM implementation and managing of the end-to-end process.
FinTech, Payments or financial services industry experience preferred.
An understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by business management software particularly within the CRM environment.
Experience in Salesforce, monday.com, and Microsoft Productivity tools are advantageous.
