Position Overview

RGA is currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the Business Development team to continue the growth of our individual life business.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute RGA’s client and marketing strategies.
• Ensure the successful growth of business and profitability for RGA and our clients.
• Manage the relationship between RGA and our clients and prospects.
• Contribute to the development of the RGA brand.
• Leverage the experience of the global RGA business for the benefit of our clients.
• Provide support to other RGA offices as required.
• Participate in local and global client-focused initiatives.
• Execute research projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified actuary with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
• Excellent sales, advisory and negotiation skills.
• Ability to execute research projects and initiatives
• Firm understanding of the financial services industry and the functioning of life insurers.
• Good understanding of the individual life risk market.
