    Business Development Associate

    Minimum Requirements: 

    Essential: Matric

    • Advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1-year experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and its best practices is beneficial.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Own vehicle and valid Driver's License.

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Prospect and Identify New Clients: Research, identify, and approach potential clients in various industries. Develop a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and challenges.
    • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Understand their business objectives and position Marvel Placement Consultants as the preferred recruitment partner.
    • Sales Pitch: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Marvel Placement Consultants. Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships. Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the recruitment team.
    • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate profiles. Foster collaboration between sales and recruitment functions to deliver exceptional service to clients.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide updates to the management team.
