Service Centre Administrator/Cashier - Incredible Connection Blue Route at JD Group

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to provide excellent customer service
• Balance cash register at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
