    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and follow-up of clients
    • Build and develop detailed business plans, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers, distributors) and end-users
    • Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans
    • Brand promotion: undertake direction, leadership and management of key market strategies
    • Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendors for those partners
    • Maintain and manage customer relationships
    • CRM management

    Requirements:

    • Experience in business development of the Electronic Security industry
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Relations or other related fields
    • Solid market knowledge: know integrators, end users and government for project development
    • Knowledge of sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
    • High level of integrity.
    • Excellent customer service.
    • Exceptional Presentation, Negotiation and Closing skills; high oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure.
    • A high level of agility - be to quickly adapt or evolve in response to changing circumstances.
