    Business Development Manager (Fumigation, Marine Services & Pest Control)

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Drive new business growth for fumigation, marine services, and pest control in KwaZulu-Natal.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with marine and fumigation regulations.
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records.

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Proven sales and business development experience in fumigation, marine services, and pest control
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored solutions
    • Knowledge of compliance regulations and marine safety standards
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
    • Results-driven with strong planning and organisational skills

    Qualifications    

    • Minimum: Grade 12
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field
    • At least 6 years in sales or business development
    • Proven success in fumigation, marine services, and pest control
    • Knowledge of compliance regulations and marine safety standards
