How you’ll role

As the Business Intelligence Analyst you will help guide the organisation with business information during the company's rapid growth phase. The ideal candidate is analytically adept and has a passion for African business. A healthy spirit of adventure and sense of humour would be helpful. Flexibility to travel will be required.

What you’ll do

• Identify information requirements according to business needs
• Transform data into insights
• Work with a small team of analysts and data warehouse specialists
• Develop and produce operational insights to business using reporting tools
• Identify the correct metrics and best visualisation representations for business problems
• Deliver results and meet customer expectations
• Plan and organise
• Write and report

What you’ll need

• Relevant tertiary qualification in an analytical field (such as statistics, economics, engineering or information technology)
• 2+ years’ experience in an analysis role
• SQL experience (intermediate to advanced level)
• Excel experience (intermediate to advanced level)
• PowerBI experience (advantageous)
