Minimum Requirements    
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (DBMS).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik products.
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent and effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skillset.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working in a business intelligence or analytics role. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights on trends and patterns.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by performing data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
• Building and maintaining stakeholder/business relationships.
