Purpose of the Position

• To design and maintain an effective business intelligence service to enable accurate and timely reporting of customer behaviours, KPI`s and performance.

Key Performance Objectives

Tasks

• Technical support
• Create and maintain an effective Business Intelligence service to the business,
• Create timely and accurate dashboards to measure KPI`s and detailed level reporting
• Manage delivery of new reports and changes to existing reports
• Create a data model framework to enable efficient and timely reporting on large data sets
• Support CRM, Performance marketing, Content and Product team`s reporting requirements
• Coach and mentor junior analysts and BI developers
• Act as the business owner for related projects where necessary
• Provide input to processes and procedures to enhance work and effective functioning within the analytics function
• Ad hoc SQL extract and reports as required

Stakeholder Relations

• Provide specialised and technical support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organisational objectives
• Establish and monitor healthy, diverse internal and external relations and implement remedial actions where required, in the achievement of organisational goals

Liaise with the wider business on progress and business impact
Reporting

• Provision of timely and accurate reports in accordance with business and management requirements
• Report on status, risk and timelines of activities to provide visibility and line of sight

Qualifications Essential

• Degree in Engineering / Data Analytics / Data Science or Analysis / Customer Behaviour or related fields

Qualifications Preferred

• Post Graduate Degree in Data Analytics / Customer Behaviour advantageous

Experience

• 4 - 6 years’ experience in a B.I, data, analytics or reporting role
• Experience in tracking Customer Behaviour
• Experience in information management, Analytics and Reporting Technology
• Experience working with raw data
• Experience in the Entertainment / Media industry recommended
