To analyse and design new inter-connected business processes and re-engineer existing business processes with a view on enterprise-wide business objectives;
Drive the analysis and documentation processes of the Process Engineering Unit - effectively translating the requirements of business into accurate functional specifications and practical system specifications;
Align internal working procedures with industry standard best-practices.
Key performance areas
To apply analytical capability to design new and/or review and redesign existing business processes;
Provide input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
Report on performance and to identify and escalate performance constraints.
Required Minimum Education / Training
National Diploma/B Degree in Engineering / Information Systems or relevant qualification
B Degree in Business Administration/MBA will be an added advantage.
Required Minimum Experience
5 years’ relevant experience that include:
