Business Product Owner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Qualifications / Certifications required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and / or Certifications such as:
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Experience required:

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related fields
• Proven track record of leading product development and managing product lifecycles
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Familiarity with market analysis and customer needs assessment

Responsibilities of role:

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives
• Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of product features
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to inform product direction
• Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
• Ensure product quality and performance through continuous improvement
