Business to Business Project Manager at Flash Group

JOB ROLE:

• The Business to Business Project Manager will be responsible for the expansion of the Shop 2 Shop digital payments solution.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage
• Able and willing to travel Nationally
• Comfortable in dealing with busy, informal businesses
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management in a sales environment
• Experience in a senior sales role managing a team / individuals
• Knowledge of the informal retail market an advantage
• Knowledge of Business to Business payments
• Knowledge of informal consumer behaviour
• Sales and project management experience is highly beneficial
• Knowledge of Cash in Transit businesses an advantage
• Knowledge of digital payments and growing a payment ecosystem a valuable advantage
• Ability to sell a hardware product tech solution to both local and foreign informal business owners
• Proven project and delivery management experience in a similar industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
• Must have / develop a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge
• Must be able to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment
• Must be computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assume an active role in managing the projects from start to finish
• Define the project scope of growing the payment ecosystem with all stakeholders
• Using organizational, planning and interpersonal skills, determine deliverables and final outcomes for the project
• Determines what resources are needed for each project and communicate / coordinate and implement them
• Track and monitor a timeline containing specific tasks to be completed, including milestones, or critical steps in the process that must be met for the project to proceed
• Be able to work independently and as a team player
• Anticipate roadblocks that can delay progress and develop plans to overcome them
• Upon completion of the project, monitor results to be sure that objectives are successfully met
