    Quality Assurance Operations Manager

    Job Role:

    This an exciting opportunity to take on a multi-faceted role which will provide the candidate exposure to operations, commercial structuring, financial analysis, forecasting, planning, commercial law, risk management and reporting. High level of Tech and product design understanding. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 to 10 years Operational and commercial design experience.

    Legal:

    • Commercial Mondeling contract design and review.
    • Assessment of client requirements and syncronisation across the contract, deal sheet, discovery.
    • Drive commercial structures with clients to optimise FlashSwitch offering to market
    • Review of legal agreements with all relevant requirements
    • Sign-off of SLA’s
    • Management of client contacts, including commercial, SLA and contractual changes and updates

    Warehouse:

    • Design and implementation of forecast model for clients
    • Operational management of forecast and actual sales

    Reporting:

    Product Manager

    Job Role:

    The Product Manager will be responsible a product with multiple features and services. They will be responsible for the product features and processes, driving products end-to-end including growth of the product, and collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical) to coordinate and manage the products in their portfolio.

    The Flash Group is looking for an experienced, high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking Product Manager to join the Aggregation division. The candidate should have a high degree of ownership over product growth and customer experience. We are looking for someone who can flow effortlessly between the big picture vision of ‘Making People’s Lives Easier’ and the critical details needed to bring a product to market in the informal retail space. The successful candidate will be customer focused and have a passion for managing and growing products that are impactful. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace ambiguity with critical, analytical thinking, and drive end-to-end product growth with buy in from key stakeholders. He / She will be customer centric and have a good understanding of what it is to work backwards from the customer. The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.

    You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

    • The products and its success.
    • The growth of product turnover and penetration into the market
    • Collaborating with numerous cross-functional teams (both technical and non-technical) to coordinate and manage product changes and growth.
    • Being part of new tech process, including daily stand-ups and all Cell meetings.
    • Maximizing business value (the “in”) from a product
    • Work closely with divisions that monetize the product or service to assist in maximizing the “out”
    • Developing detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories, in collaboration with our product development teams
    • Regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control
    • Identifying opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition, grow engagement, and increase product usage
    • Collaborating with Group Product our Marketing team to identify key growth opportunities and develop the strategies and tactics to capture and measure the value of those opportunities
    • Gathering market research and studying industry trends

    You will need to have:

    • 10+ years relevant product management experience as well as at least 5+ years commercial and financial experience within a Tech environment. Experience within a Fintech environment will be a major advantage.
    • Excellent technical competency / good understanding of System Architecture and the constraints thereof
    • Relevant tertiary qualification – Bcom Business Management / MBA BSC IT or any Tech / Commercial qualification.
    • Product or business model design experience will be an advantage
    • Experience managing multiple projects/products from concept to deployment.
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Strong EQ and business acumen
    • Strong ability to manage priorities and do self learning of the industry/product and relating concepts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Continuous Innovation Specialist

    Job Role:

    The Continuous Innovation Specialist will be focusing on solutions, innovation, driving improvements, removal of waste, variances and defects, utilizing continuous improvement methodologies lean/six sigma/kaizen, fail fast, fail forward/Perpetual beta. This role will participate in the client’s discovery phase and have high impact on the operational & implementation layer and input on new client discovery phase. This role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-jurisdictions. It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation. He/She will be customer centric and have a good understanding of what it is to work backwards from the customer.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BA/BI or Industrial Engineering degree or Qualification
    • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (ASQ Master Black Belt (MBB))
    • To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
    • To work with key business stakeholders, and multi-jurisdictional ‘LEAN champions’, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change
    • To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions ·

    Business to Business Project Manager

    JOB ROLE:

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage

    • Define the project scope of growing the payment ecosystem with all stakeholders
