Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources/ Change Management related qualification.
• Project Management related qualification will be an advantage.
• Change related qualification will be advantageous (E.g., Prosci)

Qualification:

• B.Tech (Eng) with 6+ years; OR
• B.Eng/B.Sc (Eng) with 4+ years
• M.Eng/M.Sc (Eng) with 3+ years
• PhD/D.Eng with 1+ years

Experience:

• A background in development of systems in radio astronomy, radar, satellite or avionics systems is preferred.
• Integration, test and verification of complicated systems which includes RF, digital and mechanical elements.
• Applied Systems Engineering across the multiple lifecycle stages of a system or product, at all levels up to user systems (L5) of the systems hierarchy.
• Use of Computer-aided Systems Engineering Tools (e.g. CORE)
• Application and control of systems engineering processes and procedures.
• Baseline establishment and management.
• Change control

Knowledge:

• Recognized domain knowledge of systems engineering, technology and/or software, based on theoretical aspects and experience in systems engineering methods, procedures, tools and techniques.
• Configuration management and configuration management systems.
• Systems Engineering Standards, e.g. ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 & 15289, Quality assurance systems (ISO 9001)
• Knowledge of the PFMA and related procurement regulations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• LLB or equivalent degree.
• Admitted Legal Practitioner.
• A minimum of 3 (three) years post qualification experience in a legal role.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding the PAIA and POPIA, with at least 2 years prior experience in dealing directly with relevant requests, processes and reporting.
• Knowledge and understanding the Compliance Institute of SA Compliance Framework.
• Experience in legislative interpretation and implementation.
• Knowledge and understanding mandate and enabling legal framework i.e. APA and PFMA
• Proficiency in MS Office

The following would constitute an added advantage:

• Compliance management experience
• POPIA / PAIA training
• Certificate in compliance management
• Registration with the Compliance Institute of SA

Qualifications/Certifications:

• Relevant SAP certifications and/or SAP S/4HANA are highly desirable.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) would be a plus

Experience:

• 8+ years knowledge of SAP S2C & PA processes and practices within a global organisation (professional services preferred)
• Strong configuration hands on experience in Sales & Distribution Module with focus on pricing (professional service industry preferred) & Integration of the SD module with other SAP modules and with external applications
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing S2C functionalities within SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Working knowledge of HR – Personnel Administration (PA) tables, integrations etc.

SAP skills:

• SAP ECC 6.0 SD, FI-AR and PS module
• Pricing-Procedures, Condition types, condition tables and Condition records
• SAP Fiori
• Familiar with SAP tables behind above modules
• Experience in Resource Related Billing functionality end to end
• Familiar with forms, integration and reporting related to above modules

• Responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with the strategy.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• The candidate should have at least 5 years in the Low Voltage Distributor, OEM and Panel Builder channel business and already have a solid customer base which would be brought into company.
• The candidate would have a Technical background and a formal technical qualification.
