Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents, ensuring correct quantities, labels, and documentation.
• Support the Customer Service and Yard Operations teams with data entry, reporting, and customer communication.
• Coordinate documentation for incoming freight, ensuring completion accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and track incoming containers and inventory accuracy, conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, proficiently and safely.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure efficient task completion.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using computerized systems and software.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in material handling, general warehouse work, or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of warehouse systems and operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.

• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items of various weights and sizes.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to standard warehouse practices and procedures to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy.
• Complete routine documentation accurately, including pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists.
• Operates propane and/or electric powered forklifts.
• Loads and unloads freight as directed by Operations supervisor.
• Verifies shipping documents, shipping labels and purchase orders.
• Utilizes relevant systems to produce required documents for inventory receipt, movement or shipping and verifies product.
• May be required to identify and understand batch codes and Julian dates and to understand ASN use and system requirements.
• Completes daily equipment inspections.
• Maintains safety standards and valid equipment operating certification.

Who we are looking for;

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre, including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, returns, value-added processing, and sub-assembly.
• Forklift driving license is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Ocean Fulfilment team, train and grow employees, improve the way the team works.
• Provide direction and clarity to the team to deliver our promise to customers, sail full ship on the most reliable network at lowest cost.
• Drive effective space utilization, flow efficiency, scheduling, coordination and partnership with country clusters, Regional Ocean Network team, and relevant Centre Functions.
• Be responsible for fuel and environmental efficient vessel operations across the portfolio of the services.
• Drive the establishment of vessel operation contingency plans and driving cost saving opportunities.
• Participate in and support vessel scheduling, Regional Ocean Network team, port deployment projects or any other improvement projects within or outside Africa Operations TbM.
• Develop, strengthen and optimize Maersk services with the objectives to increase productivity in terminals, reduce port stays, high quality of vessel stowage and create customer value at lower possible cost.
• Be our main entry point for external stakeholders such as Terminals, ports and ocean suppliers.
• Cooperate closely with our TbM land colleagues to develop and grow our business across ocean and land.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless information flow between Customer Service departments and Global Service Centers (GSC).
• Timely processing and dispatch of invoices to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate and support GSC activities as needed.
• Monitor revenue and cost figures for accuracy in all activities.
• Handle workflows efficiently, ensuring timely completion and continuous improvement in FTHR.
• Address concerns and losses incurred, proactively identifying solutions.
• Respond to customer, CX, and supplier concerns in a timely manner.

• Complete RICC controls as required.

• Meet KPIs for timely billing and attendance to missing billing items.
• Generate and dispatch sales invoices promptly.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles related to revenue and cost management.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar finance and accounting role.
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Taxation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
