    Business Transformation Manager

    A dynamic individual to partner with project teams, business heads and other impacted business users to create and implement necessary changes to enable Global Markets to perform to its optimum ability. To influence decision-making at all levels and support the implementation of new operational processes and changes in culture required to deliver maximum value. To achieve the above by leading change at the front-line, through collaboration and strong communication, analytical assessment of the potential to improve and design and implementation of new ways of working. Navigating various changes business due to project needs, business unit needs and operating model changes to ultimately transform the Global Markets business for the future.

    Responsibilities:

    • The key deliverable for this role will be to create the conditions for effective change and achievement of strategic objectives
    • Develop a change management approach based on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted
    • Partner with the relevant stakeholders upfront to understand and identify the change management expectation to address the project’s success factors, constraints and risks
    • Design, own and deliver against a robust and comprehensive business transformation plan Create and present a change management approach and plan to the key stakeholder (including programme/project managers, line managers and Global market executives) for approval which would specify at a high level the transformation initiatives / plans and timelines required to address the changes impacting the business unit
    • Include the approach for communication, stakeholders and cultural considerations
    • Where applicable, note the different projects impacting the same area, to ensure all the changes affecting the same users are fully understood
    • Review the relevance of the plan and revisit its appropriateness throughout the initiatives life cycle
    • Compile an impact assessment or survey to understand if the environment (includes people, processes and technology) is ready for the suggested change (s) and provide feedback on the outcomes to the relevant stakeholders
    • Create and implement a communication plan for both projects and business transformations which will convey facts and concepts related to the initiative to target specific audiences and relevant stakeholders
    • Provide ongoing feedback on the progress of the transformation to the key stakeholder (including programme/project managers, line managers and Global market executives) to ensure effective communication and alignment at all levels

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven experience of delivering positive change in ways of working, either through transformation projects or through day-to-day frontline operational experience in a complex corporate environment
    • A good understanding of organisational dynamics and understanding of business processes, policies and tools and methodologies relevant to operational change.
    • Commercial acumen with the initiative to understand the commercial aspect of the projects the business is are working on End to end management of change programs
    • Influencing and educating stakeholders across all levels of the Financial Advisory business Resilience and persistence in driving change and achieving the business results.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and quickly identify and diagnose issues and resolve
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
