CAD Designer/Pattern Maker at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Develop CAD designs and detailed tech packs for garments.
• Research seasonal trends and create mood boards and colour palettes.
• Design trims, branded swing tickets, graphics, and prints.
• Assist in translating CAD designs into patterns and grading.
• Conduct competitor analysis and support range building.
• Manage overseas samples, photography, and labeling.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of CAD design experience in the clothing industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in garment design, trims, and branding.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and design innovation.
