    Call Center Customer Service Representative

    • Call Centre Agents ( Banking sector)– JHB CBD or PTA - As and when needed ONLY ( To replace Absenteeism/ leave staff module)
    • MUST have a CLEAR criminal and credit record
    • ONLY applicants who are currently unemployed and NOT in a permanent job will be considered!!!
    • Rate: 55per hour (not less than 4 hours a day ) If you are called In. – 6 Months Contract –
    • Matric
    • Excellent command of English language / Afrikaans will be first preference
    • Take a call - take instruction and send onwards
    • Computer literacy : Excel, Word
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • 6 months Call Centre Exp a must
    • Legal Exp - preferential
