    Skills and Experience

    What you’ll do:

    • Call Management
    • SLA Reporting
    • Productive Time
    • Call Escalations
    • Call Updating and Quality Assurance

    Your expertise:

    • Minimum 1 – 2 years Call Coordinator Experience
    • Microsoft Office Knowledge
    • Basic IT knowledge 

    Qualifications required:

    • ITIL Foundation V4
    • Soft Skills Certificates
    • Administrative Certification
