Bangers & Mash is a global digital agency that specializes in creative execution (we are proudly the first and only official Snapchat Augmented Reality Lens Creator in Africa), and paid media buying and management. We have taken our years of experience in the field and built a sales division that builds both paid and organic social and digital experiences for brands that have real business impact.
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Campaign Management Lead to take our Campaign Management team to the next level.
A successful applicant will work in conjunction with external agencies and clients to prepare and execute digital campaigns across a number of social platforms, and measure and report on their effectiveness, as well as assisting junior team members in doing the same.
Applicants should be meticulous about managing their accounts and budgets, and should have a responsible work ethic, a can-do attitude and be willing to work closely with the client on all levels of the account.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns on digital platforms. Platforms we work with include but aren’t exclusive to:
Twitter;
Facebook and Instagram;
Google and YouTube;
Yahoo; and
LinkedIn;
Briefing and overseeing the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, who will help deliver your campaign assets;
Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed;
Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs);
Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights;
Working within a budget and reporting any overspend;
Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs;
Maintaining regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns;
Keeping abreast of current trends in marketing; and
People management, including the ability to build and grow a team and work with diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years campaign management experience;
Strong working knowledge of the predominant digital advertising platforms;
Excellent attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent budget management capabilities;
Outstanding reporting and presentation skills;
Google Adwords Certification (Fundamentals and Advanced);
Good computer literacy, specifically on Apple hardware and software:
The business runs off Google Workplace so experience on this system is beneficial, and
All business collateral is developed on iOS Keynote;
Proficiency in English;
Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
A team player with a high level of dedication and energy.

*The role can be based either in Cape Town or Johannesburg, with the possibility of flexi hours and remote work becoming available after the agreed upon probation period.
