Capacity Building Manager at Rand Water

Minimum Requirements

• Post Matric qualification in Human Resources NQF Level 8 (Honours level).
• Management Development Programme NQF Level 8 (Honours level).

Desirable Education: 

• Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent (NQF 9).
• Extensive experience (7 – 9 years) in the field of Human Resources of which at least 5 years should be on management level in the specific field of Training & Development.
• Computer Literacy in all programmes relevant to the job.

Primary Duties

• Promote and implement an integrated training & development strategy in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on the implementation of skills development programmes and related interventions.
• Internal and external liaison with the key stakeholders on capacity building (Sites).
• Ensure efficiencies and effectiveness on the delivery of strategic human capital strategy
• Managing information to ensure data integrity.
• Create an enabling environment that supports capacity building initiatives.
• Manage capacity building budget to maximise implementation and achievement of key strategic priorities.
• Ensure value add for Rand Water in respect of training spend.
